  1. Lead and execute the strategic direction of the People Insights function within McDonald's Corporation.
  2. Develop and implement data-driven strategies and initiatives to support the overall business objectives of the organization.
  3. Serve as a key advisor to senior leadership on all matters related to people insights and data analysis.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key business questions and provide data-driven insights to inform decision-making.
  5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization to understand their needs and provide timely and relevant insights.
  6. Utilize a variety of data sources and analytical tools to gather, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
  7. Develop and deliver presentations and reports to effectively communicate insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
  8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to people analytics and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
  9. Manage a team of people analytics professionals, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.
  10. Partner with HR leaders to leverage people insights to drive employee engagement, retention, and development strategies.
  11. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies related to data privacy and protection.
  12. Continuously evaluate and improve data collection and analysis methods to ensure the accuracy and reliability of insights.
  13. Serve as a champion for data-driven decision making throughout the organization.
  14. Participate in relevant industry events and conferences to stay current on emerging trends and network with other professionals in the field.
  15. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning within the People Insights function.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In Hr, With At Least 3 Years In A Leadership Role

  • Strong Understanding Of Hr Analytics And Data Analysis Techniques

  • Proven Experience In Driving Strategic Initiatives And Managing Complex Projects

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Influence Stakeholders At All Levels Within The Organization.
