- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvement opportunities and lead initiatives to streamline operations.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and efficiency in operations.

- Analyze data and trends to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven recommendations to senior management.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to identify new opportunities for operational excellence.
- Mentor and train team members on operational best practices and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with other department heads to ensure alignment and consistency in operations across the organization.
- Develop and manage budgets for operational improvement projects.
- Represent the company in meetings and conferences related to operational excellence and share best practices with industry peers.
Extensive Experience In Operations Management: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 10 Years Of Experience In Operations Management, Preferably In The Fast-Food Industry.
Strong Knowledge Of Lean Six Sigma Methodologies: A Director Of Operations Excellence At Mcdonald's Will Be Responsible For Implementing And Leading Continuous Improvement Initiatives. Therefore, A Deep Understanding Of Lean Six Sigma Principles And Tools Is Essential.
Proven Track Record Of Achieving Cost Savings And Process Improvements: The Candidate Should Have A Demonstrated History Of Successfully Implementing Cost-Saving Measures And Process Improvements In Previous Roles.
