- Develop and implement strategic training and development programs for McDonald's franchisees globally.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify learning needs and create customized training solutions.
- Conduct regular needs assessments to ensure training programs are meeting the evolving needs of franchisees.
- Measure the effectiveness of training programs through data analysis and feedback from franchisees.
- Continuously evaluate and improve training materials and methods to ensure maximum impact and scalability.
- Provide leadership and guidance to regional and national trainers to ensure consistency and quality of training delivery.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with franchisees, understanding their unique needs and challenges.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in franchise operations and incorporate them into training programs.
- Develop and manage the budget for franchise learning and development initiatives.
- Act as a subject matter expert and resource for franchisees regarding training and development opportunities.
- Collaborate with other departments within the organization to ensure alignment of training programs with company goals and initiatives.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote the McDonald's brand and share best practices.
- Mentor and coach team members to ensure their professional growth and development.
- Maintain a positive and inclusive work environment that fosters teamwork and collaboration.
- Keep abreast of relevant laws and regulations related to training and development to ensure compliance.
Extensive Experience In The Franchise Industry: The Director Of Franchise Learning & Development Should Have A Strong Background In The Franchise Industry, With A Proven Track Record Of Success In Developing And Implementing Training Programs For Franchisees.
Strong Leadership Skills: As The Head Of The Franchise Learning And Development Team, The Director Must Have Excellent Leadership Skills To Effectively Manage A Team Of Trainers And Ensure The Success Of The Training Programs.
Knowledge Of Mcdonald's Systems And Procedures: The Director Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Mcdonald's Operations, Systems, And Procedures To Effectively Develop Training Programs That Align With The Company's Standards And Goals.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: This Position Requires Frequent Communication With Franchisees, Corporate Leadership, And Other Stakeholders. The Director Must Be An Effective Communicator And Collaborator To Build Strong Relationships And Ensure The Success Of The Training Programs.
