Director, Crisis Management

3. Monitor internal and external communications and respond to issues in a timely manner.
4. Develop and maintain relationships with key external stakeholders.
5. Lead and manage a team of crisis management professionals.
6. Remain up-to-date on legal and regulatory requirements related to crisis management and communications.
7. Research and analyze industry trends and best practices in crisis management.
8. Identify potential crises and develop strategies to respond to them.
9. Develop and maintain a library of crisis management resources.
10. Provide direction and guidance to the team during crisis situations.
