- Collaborate with other department managers to coordinate and execute restaurant-wide initiatives.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of all menu items, promotions, and company policies to effectively communicate with customers and team members.
- Monitor and control department expenses, such as labor and food costs, to ensure profitability.
- Stay updated on industry trends and make recommendations for improvements to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Uphold the company's values and standards and ensure all team members do the same.
- Perform other duties as assigned by upper management.
Strong Leadership Skills And The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team Of Employees.
Previous Management Experience In A Fast-Paced Environment, Preferably In The Food Service Industry.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Interact With Both Customers And Employees.
Knowledge Of Mcdonald's Policies And Procedures, As Well As A Strong Understanding Of Food Safety And Sanitation Standards.
