  1. Oversee the daily operations of a specific department within the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.

  3. Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction within the department.
  4. Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock management to meet customer demands and minimize waste.

  6. Train and coach team members to deliver exceptional customer service, resolve customer complaints, and handle difficult situations effectively.
  7. Collaborate with other department managers and senior management to develop and implement company-wide initiatives, policies, and procedures.
  8. Analyze departmental performance data and make recommendations for improvements in processes, procedures, and staffing to increase efficiency and profitability.
  9. Monitor and manage departmental budget, controlling costs and expenses to meet financial targets.
  10. Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal health and safety regulations within the department.
  11. Act as a role model for employees, embodying the company's values and promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
  12. Stay updated on industry trends, competition, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  13. Conduct performance evaluations and provide regular feedback to team members to support their development and growth within the company.
