Previous Management Experience: A Department Manager At Mcdonald's Corporation Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing A Team In A Fast-Paced Environment. Previous Experience In A Similar Role, Preferably In The Food Industry, Is Highly Desirable.
