  1. Develop and manage data products that align with the company's overall business strategy and objectives.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize data product needs.
  3. Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.
  4. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
  5. Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and define product features and specifications.
  6. Translate complex data into meaningful insights and actionable recommendations for business stakeholders.
  7. Develop and maintain product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and priorities.
  8. Monitor and analyze product performance, utilizing data and metrics to make data-driven decisions for product enhancements.
  9. Manage and prioritize product backlogs, balancing short-term needs with long-term goals.
  10. Communicate product updates and progress to key stakeholders, including senior leadership.
  11. Drive adoption and utilization of data products among internal users, providing training and support as needed.
  12. Stay updated on advancements in data technology and make recommendations for implementing new tools and systems.
  13. Ensure data privacy and security standards are met in all data products.
  14. Mentor and guide junior team members in data product management best practices.
  15. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the Data & Analytics team.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Background In Data Analytics: A Data Product Manager At Mcdonald's Corporation Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Data Analytics Principles And Techniques, As Well As Experience In Analyzing Large Datasets To Derive Insights And Make Data-Driven Decisions.

  • Experience In Product Management: The Ideal Candidate Should Have Prior Experience In Product Management, With A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing The Lifecycle Of Data Products From Ideation To Launch.
