- Develop and implement cybersecurity policies, procedures, and standards to ensure the protection of McDonald's Corporation's systems and data.
- Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability scans to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities within the organization's systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and maintain effective cybersecurity controls and processes.
- Monitor and analyze security events and incidents, and respond promptly to mitigate potential risks.
- Conduct regular audits and evaluations to ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity trends, threats, and technologies to continuously improve the organization's security posture.
- Develop and deliver training and awareness programs to educate employees on cybersecurity best practices.
- Participate in incident response and recovery efforts, including conducting forensic investigations and providing recommendations for remediation.
- Work closely with third-party vendors and partners to ensure their compliance with McDonald's cybersecurity standards.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to provide regular updates and reports on the organization's cybersecurity posture and any potential risks or threats.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Cybersecurity, With A Focus On Governance, Risk, And Compliance.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Industry Standards And Regulations, Such As Gdpr, Pci Dss, And Iso 27001.
Experience With Implementing And Managing Risk Management Frameworks And Controls.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Mitigate Potential Security Risks.
