- Develop and maintain cybersecurity policies and procedures in line with industry best practices.
- Monitor network activity for potential security breaches and take necessary action to mitigate risks.
- Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify and address potential security threats.
- Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity trends and technologies, and make recommendations for implementing new tools and strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Develop and implement incident response plans to quickly and effectively respond to security incidents.
- Conduct security awareness training for employees to promote a culture of cybersecurity throughout the organization.
- Participate in the design and implementation of new systems and applications, ensuring they are secure by design.
- Monitor and analyze security logs and reports to identify and address any security incidents or anomalies.
- Perform regular security audits and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential vulnerabilities.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on cybersecurity matters, providing guidance and support to other team members.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, including management, IT teams, and external partners.
- Leverage strong technical skills to troubleshoot and resolve complex security issues.
- Continuously evaluate and improve the organization's security posture in response to evolving threats and risks.
- Maintain documentation of all security processes and procedures for auditing and compliance purposes.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Security, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Cybersecurity Engineering.
Strong Knowledge Of Network And System Security, Including Firewalls, Intrusion Detection/Prevention Systems, And Vulnerability Management.
Experience With Security Tools Such As Siem, Dlp, And Endpoint Protection.
Professional Certifications Such As Cissp, Cism, Or Giac Are Preferred.
