As a Crew Pay specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our employees are paid accurately and on time. - Accurately process and maintain all payroll records for McDonald's crew members.
- Ensure timely and accurate payment of wages, bonuses, and benefits to all crew members.
- Keep updated with company policies and procedures related to payroll and implement them accordingly.
- Prepare and distribute payroll reports and statements to management.
- Collaborate with HR and management to resolve any payroll-related issues or discrepancies.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of all payroll information.
- Stay updated with federal and state laws and regulations related to payroll and ensure compliance.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts related to payroll expenses.
- Communicate effectively with crew members regarding any payroll-related inquiries or concerns.
- Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy of payroll processes.
- Train and support new team members on payroll processes and procedures.
- Maintain accurate and organized payroll records for audit purposes.
- Work closely with finance and accounting teams to ensure accurate reporting and record-keeping.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
Previous Customer Service Experience: Working In A Fast-Paced Environment And Interacting With Customers Requires Strong Communication Skills And The Ability To Provide Excellent Service.
Ability To Work In A Team: As Part Of A Crew, It Is Essential To Work Well With Others, Take Direction, And Contribute To A Positive And Efficient Work Environment.
