Job Description

Develop clear and concise documentation by leveraging industry standards and guidelines and McDonald’s best practices and existing narratives.
Collaborates with market change team members to ensure communications are consistently applied in the markets. Assesses communications activities and their effectiveness to find opportunities for enhancement. Analyze high priority and overall communication needs for stakeholders. Provide materials to keep partners regularly informed about communication plans and activities.
Lead and complete projects/initiative tasks within the business area. Regularly solicit input from key Market and Functional personas to ensure communications are resonating with key audiences. Partner with GPLT and other executives to tailor messaging to key teams and audiences. Provide regular reporting on the status of various communications activities.

Job Qualifications

  • 5+ years of related experience

  • Solid knowledge of communication practices and techniques

  • Ability to storyboard and express ideas clearly and concisely using a mix of data and qualitative insights

  • Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audience

  • Proven ability to think strategically and to translate strategic directives into communications
