Job Description

We at McDonald's Corporation are looking for a CMS Sales Point Coordinator to join our team and help us drive our sales initiatives forward. The ideal candidate will be an organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently. To be successful in this role, you will need to have a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, and two years of experience in a related field. You should also be personable and have strong communication skills, as you will be working with both internal and external stakeholders. Responsibilities:

  1. Plan, coordinate, and oversee the sales initiatives for McDonald's Corporation.
  2. Work independently to develop creative and effective solutions to drive sales.
  3. Analyze customer feedback and make adjustments as necessary to improve customer satisfaction.
  4. Develop and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  5. Utilize effective communication skills to interact with stakeholders and customers.
  6. Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
  7. Monitor and report on sales progress and performance.
  8. Create and maintain detailed records of sales activities.
  9. Identify and resolve issues or concerns that arise during the sales process.
  10. Work with other departments to coordinate promotional activities and sales strategies.
