Job Description

We are seeking a Cloud Security Engineer to join our team and help us maintain the security of our cloud infrastructure. As a Cloud Security Engineer, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining security measures to protect our cloud-based systems and data. We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual who is passionate about security and has experience working with cloud technologies.   1. Develop and implement cloud security policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure the integrity and confidentiality of our cloud-based systems and data.
  2. Monitor and assess potential security risks and vulnerabilities in our cloud infrastructure and proactively take steps to mitigate them.
  3. Perform regular security audits and assessments to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  4. Configure and maintain firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and other security tools to protect our cloud environment.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security measures into the development and deployment process.
  6. Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends and technologies, and make recommendations for improvements to our cloud security posture.
  7. Conduct regular training and awareness programs to educate employees on security best practices and ensure they are following established procedures.
  8. Investigate and respond to any security incidents or breaches, and take necessary actions to remediate and prevent future occurrences.
  9. Maintain documentation of security policies, procedures, and incident response plans.
  10. Communicate regularly with management and other stakeholders on the status of our cloud security and any potential risks or concerns.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Cloud Security, Preferably In A Large-Scale Enterprise Environment.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Cloud Security Principles And Best Practices, Including Experience With Aws, Azure, Or Google Cloud.

  • Professional Certifications In Cloud Security, Such As Aws Certified Security – Specialty Or Certified Cloud Security Professional (Ccsp).

  • Strong Understanding Of Security Architectures, Threat Modeling, And Risk Assessment Methodologies.
