  1. Develop innovative and unique beverage offerings for McDonald's customers.
  2. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate them into beverage development.
  3. Conduct market research to identify customer preferences and ensure our beverage offerings align with their needs.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful launch and execution of new beverage products.
  5. Monitor and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and make adjustments to beverage offerings as needed.
  6. Create training materials and conduct trainings for McDonald's employees on new beverage offerings.
  7. Work closely with suppliers and vendors to source high-quality ingredients and products.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including franchisees and suppliers.
  9. Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards in all beverage offerings.
  10. Provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries and addressing any concerns related to beverage offerings.
  11. Conduct regular taste tests and gather feedback from customers to continually improve beverage offerings.
  12. Manage inventory and ordering of beverage ingredients and products.
  13. Create and manage budgets for beverage development and marketing initiatives.
  14. Stay within budget and meet financial targets set by the company.
  15. Represent McDonald's Corporation at industry events and conferences to showcase our beverage offerings and build brand awareness.
