
Area Construction Manager

- Provide guidance and support to project teams, including contractors and site managers.
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Manage project budgets and timelines, making adjustments as needed to meet company goals.
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders, including upper management and franchise owners, to provide updates on project progress.
- Proactively identify and address any potential issues or delays in the construction process.
- Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, suppliers, and regulatory agencies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in construction techniques and materials.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as Design and Real Estate, to ensure alignment and efficiency in the construction process.
- Assist with negotiating contracts and bids for construction projects.
- Train and mentor junior construction team members.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as local building codes and regulations.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all construction projects.
- Travel to various locations within the designated region as needed.
Strong Project Management Skills, Including Budgeting, Scheduling, And Resource Allocation.
Bachelor's Degree In Construction Management Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Construction Management, Preferably In The Retail Or Restaurant Industry.
Knowledge Of Local Building Codes, Regulations, And Permits.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Oversee And Manage A Team Of Contractors And Subcontractors.
