  1. Conduct regular monitoring and analysis of network traffic, systems, and applications to detect and respond to potential cybersecurity threats.
  2. Investigate and respond to security incidents, including conducting forensic analysis and providing recommendations for remediation.
  3. Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve detection and response capabilities.
  4. Collaborate with other teams and departments to identify potential vulnerabilities and provide recommendations for mitigation.
  5. Stay up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity trends and techniques, and incorporate them into the company's security strategy.
  6. Conduct regular risk assessments and vulnerability scans to identify potential areas of weakness.
  7. Create and maintain documentation related to detection and response processes and procedures.
  8. Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on the status of cybersecurity threats and incidents.
  9. Monitor and analyze security logs and alerts from various sources to identify potential threats.
  10. Participate in incident response exercises and drills to ensure preparedness for potential cyber attacks.
  11. Train and educate employees on cybersecurity best practices and procedures.
  12. Collaborate with external partners and vendors to enhance cybersecurity capabilities.
  13. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards related to cybersecurity.
  14. Continuously evaluate and improve the company's cybersecurity tools, processes, and procedures.
  15. Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance and support to other members of the cybersecurity team.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Cybersecurity Operations, With A Focus On Detection And Response.

  • Knowledge Of Industry Standard Security Tools And Technologies, Such As Siem, Ids/Ips, And Vulnerability Scanning.

  • Experience With Incident Response Procedures And Handling Cybersecurity Incidents.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Think Critically And Quickly Identify And Respond To Potential Security Threats.
