Warehouse Team Manager

Responsibilities:

1. Monitor daily warehouse operations and ensure efficient and safe storage and movement of goods.
2. Oversee all warehouse personnel and ensure that tasks are completed accurately and on time.
3. Create and implement operational processes to increase efficiency and accuracy in the warehouse.
4. Develop and implement safety protocols and ensure proper use of safety equipment.
5. Train and motivate warehouse staff, and provide guidance when needed.
6. Manage inventory levels and coordinate with other departments to ensure stock availability.
7. Monitor inventory accuracy and reconcile discrepancies.
8. Prepare reports and analyze data to identify areas of improvement.
9. Create and adhere to budgets and manage cost control.
10. Ensure compliance with all local and federal regulations.
