- Develop and implement quality assurance strategies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Oversee and manage a team of quality assurance professionals, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections of production processes and facilities to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Analyze and interpret quality data and trends, and present findings to management for continuous improvement efforts.
- Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and changes in regulations, and make necessary adjustments to quality assurance processes.
- Foster a culture of quality and safety within the team and across the organization.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure the quality of raw materials and ingredients.
- Participate in new product development and testing to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as production and sales, to ensure quality is maintained throughout the entire supply chain.
- Develop and manage quality assurance budgets and allocate resources effectively.
- Handle customer complaints related to quality issues and work towards swift and satisfactory resolutions.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members to support their growth and development.
- Ensure compliance with all food safety and regulatory requirements.
- Communicate and promote a strong commitment to quality and safety throughout the organization.
Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Food Science, Quality Assurance, Or Business Management.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Quality Assurance Role, Preferably In The Food Industry.
Strong Knowledge Of Food Safety Regulations And Quality Control Procedures.
Excellent Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team.
Experience In Project Management And Process Improvement, With A Focus On Driving Continuous Quality Improvement Initiatives.
