- Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent for the company.
- Collaborate with business leaders to understand current and future hiring needs and develop plans to meet those needs.
- Utilize various sourcing methods to identify and attract diverse and qualified candidates.
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external recruitment agencies.
- Manage the entire recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and offer negotiations.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and implement them in the recruitment process.
- Develop and maintain metrics to track the success of recruitment efforts.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Collaborate with the HR team to onboard and integrate new hires into the company's culture and values.
- Participate in employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice.
- Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Represent the company at job fairs, career events, and other recruitment-related activities.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information and candidate data.
- Act as a brand ambassador for McCormick & Company and promote our values and culture to potential candidates.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Talent Acquisition, Preferably In A Fast-Paced Corporate Environment.
Strong Knowledge Of Recruitment Strategies And Techniques, Including Sourcing, Interviewing, And Candidate Assessment.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships With Hiring Managers And Candidates.
Experience With Applicant Tracking Systems And Other Hr Technology Tools.
