Work with copywriter and Social Media Content Manager to create and finalize monthly editorial social calendars for all designated brands. Schedule/ Publish all social posts across social channels for 4-5 different brands (primarily Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest and Twitter). Add UTM codes to all URL’s for Google Analytics tracking. Ensure all posts meet individual channel best practices.Mind social channels for proactive consumer engagement opportunities and respond to consumers leveraging each brand’s tone of voice. Collect and track all consumer mailing info for both Surprise & Delight and Social Ambassador Programs. Work with Social Media Content Manager and 3rd party mailing resource to execute shipments. Monitor all social channels for opportunistic moments for the brands (i.e. celebrity mentions, trending conversations, pop-culture moments). Flag all opportunities to greater social media team for execution. Stay alert of industry and content trends that spike through social media. Track and report all insights that spark from social media communities (i.e. specific food debates that spark strong engagement on the Grill Mates Facebook page).
