- Lead the development and implementation of packaging solutions for McCormick & Company's portfolio of global brands.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive new product development and ensure the quality and safety of packaging.

- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to source and test packaging materials.

Advanced Degree In Packaging Science Or Related Field: A Senior Scientist In Packaging Development At Mccormick & Company Should Have A Minimum Of A Master's Degree In Packaging Science, Food Science, Or A Related Field. This Advanced Education Provides The Necessary Technical Knowledge And Skills To Develop Innovative Packaging Solutions.
Extensive Experience In Packaging Development: Candidates For This Position Should Have At Least 8-10 Years Of Experience In Packaging Development, Particularly In The Food Industry.
