- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to provide consumer insights and feedback for new product launches and initiatives.
- Manage budget and resources to support the consumer affairs function.

- Represent the company at industry events and conferences as a subject matter expert in consumer affairs.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Management, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 8 Years Of Experience In Consumer Affairs, Customer Service, Or A Related Field.
Strong Leadership Skills With Proven Experience In Managing A Team.
Extensive Knowledge Of North American Consumer Market Trends And Regulations.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Senior Executives.
