- Lead and manage the Global Automation Delivery team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to team members.

Extensive Experience In Automation: A Senior Manager At Mccormick & Company Must Possess A Deep Understanding And Hands-On Experience In Automation Technologies Such As Robotic Process Automation (Rpa), Artificial Intelligence (Ai), And Machine Learning (Ml). This Includes A Strong Knowledge Of Automation Tools And Platforms Like Uipath, Blue Prism, And Automation Anywhere.
Leadership And Team Management: As A Senior Manager, One Must Have Proven Experience In Leading And Managing Cross-Functional Teams In A Global Setting. This Includes Setting Strategic Direction, Overseeing Project Timelines, And Delivering Results That Align With Business Goals.
Business Acumen: The Senior Manager Must Possess A Strong Understanding Of The Business And Industry Trends To Identify Automation Opportunities And Drive Continuous Improvement Initiatives. They Must Also Have A Strong Financial Acumen To Analyze The Cost-Benefit Of Automation Projects And Make Data-Driven Decisions.
