Scientist, Packaging Development

We are seeking an experienced and creative Scientist, Packaging Development to join McCormick & Company's Research and Development team. In this exciting role, you will be responsible for leading the development of innovative food and beverage packaging solutions to meet the needs of our consumers. You must possess a passion for innovation and a strong knowledge of food packaging technologies to succeed in this role.We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a minimum of five years of relevant experience in packaging development, with a Master's degree in Food Science, Packaging Science, or a related field. The ideal candidate should have experience in consumer research, product development, and design thinking to understand customer needs and create effective packaging solutions. Additionally, the successful candidate must possess excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
