
Sales Planning Manager
This Sales Planning Manager I is responsible for providing support in the development and execution of our go-to-market strategy for brand, shopper and category initiatives. This position will provide thought leadership to internal and external stakeholders, including our Sales and Marketing teams and functional leadership. Leveraging all available analytic tools to develop trade strategies maximizing McCormick performance metrics. Provide insight and direction into the development of new item business plans and support the S&OP process by participating in the forecast development to insure customer requirements are met. Developing collaborative cross functional relationships with internal and customer-facing stakeholders.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, finance, marketing or business management
Minimum of 2 years analytical experience building fact-based presentations or direct selling experience to retailers
CPG experience strongly preferred
Direct experience selling to retailers or distributors preferred
