  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive sustainability strategy for McCormick & Company.
  2. Lead cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize sustainability initiatives and projects.
  3. Create and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets for sustainability projects.
  4. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment of sustainability efforts with company goals and values.
  5. Conduct research and stay up-to-date on industry best practices and trends in sustainability.
  6. Build and maintain relationships with external partners, such as NGOs and government organizations, to support and enhance sustainability initiatives.
  7. Monitor and report on the progress and impact of sustainability projects.
  8. Identify and mitigate potential risks and barriers to the successful implementation of sustainability projects.
  9. Communicate and promote sustainability initiatives and progress to internal and external stakeholders.
  10. Provide guidance and support to other departments and employees on sustainability practices and initiatives.
  11. Develop and manage a team of sustainability professionals to support project implementation and drive continuous improvement.
  12. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards related to sustainability.
  13. Continuously evaluate and improve sustainability processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  14. Represent McCormick & Company at sustainability conferences and events to share best practices and showcase our commitment to sustainability.
  15. Act as a champion for sustainability within the company, promoting a culture of sustainability and encouraging employee engagement in sustainability efforts.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Environmental Science, Sustainability Management, Or Project Management.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Project Management, Preferably In The Sustainability Field.

  • Strong Understanding Of Sustainability Principles And Practices, As Well As Current Trends And Developments.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Projects From Conception To Completion, Including Budget And Timeline Management.

  • Excellent Communication, Interpersonal, And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders.
