- Plan and execute various engineering projects for production and manufacturing facilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop project timelines, budgets, and goals.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost savings.
- Develop and implement solutions to optimize production processes and efficiency.
- Utilize engineering principles and techniques to design and implement new equipment and systems.
- Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of new equipment and systems.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards throughout all project phases.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise during project execution.
- Provide technical support and guidance to production teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Keep up-to-date with industry advancements and best practices to continuously improve processes and systems.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reports for future reference.
- Mentor and train junior engineers on project management and engineering principles.
- Collaborate with external vendors and contractors to source materials and services for projects.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including ethical and legal standards.
Bachelor's Degree In Engineering Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Project Management Or Engineering.
Strong Technical Knowledge And Understanding Of Engineering Principles.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills.
Ability To Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously And Meet Tight Deadlines.
