Maintenance Team Manager

We're looking for an experienced and innovative Maintenance Team Manager to join McCormick & Company's Maintenance Team and lead our team to success. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance management, experience in the food or manufacturing industry, and a strong working knowledge of maintenance and engineering principles. They will be driven by a desire to exceed expectations and will have a passion for working in a fast-paced and ever-evolving environment. They must also be a team player who is able to delegate tasks while still keeping the team focused on the goal. A positive attitude and excellent communication skills are required. Responsibilities:

1. Manage and lead the maintenance team, providing guidance and support.
2. Ensure that the team meets all maintenance and engineering standards.
3. Develop and implement strategies to maximize efficiency, minimize downtime, and ensure optimal performance of all equipment.
4. Monitor and evaluate performance of the team, providing feedback and coaching where needed.
5. Establish and maintain effective working relationships with team members, customers, and other departments.
6. Ensure safety procedures are followed and adhered to.
7. Develop, implement, and analyze maintenance best practices and processes.
8. Identify areas for improvement within the maintenance team and develop action plans to address them.
9. Monitor and control expenses related to maintenance.
10. Develop and manage annual budgets.
