
HR Business Partner

You will be a change agent, driving organizational performance by developing and executing HR strategies that enable business objectives. To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a progressive HR role, preferably in a fast-paced, multi-site environment. You must have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field. Additionally, you should have a solid understanding of HR processes and procedures, including talent management, employee relations, and compensation. Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute HR strategies to enable business objectives.
- Provide comprehensive HR services to business units.
- Act as a change agent to drive organizational performance.
- Manage talent, employee relations and compensation processes and procedures.
- Monitor and analyze trends in HR data to inform decisions.
- Offer advice and guidance to management and staff on all HR matters.
- Lead and support HR projects and initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation and regulations.
- Prepare reports and presentations as required.
- Participate in the recruitment and selection of new employees.
