  2. Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential suppliers and negotiate favorable contracts to drive cost savings.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and quality, to ensure alignment and support for purchasing initiatives.
  4. Build and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure high-quality products and timely delivery.
  5. Monitor and manage supplier performance, identifying and addressing any issues that may arise.
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in global sourcing and supply chain management.
  7. Lead the development and implementation of innovative solutions to improve efficiency and reduce costs within the purchasing process.
  8. Oversee the creation and maintenance of purchasing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.
  9. Develop and manage a budget for purchasing activities, tracking and reporting on expenses and cost savings.
  10. Mentor and coach team members, providing guidance and support to ensure their professional growth and development.
  11. Communicate regularly with senior management on purchasing initiatives and progress towards goals.
  12. Represent the company at industry events and conferences to stay informed on industry trends and network with potential suppliers.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Global Procurement, Sourcing, And Supplier Management.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of International Trade Regulations And Supply Chain Best Practices.

  • Strong Negotiation And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Suppliers And Internal Stakeholders.

  • Experience With Erp Systems And Proficiency In Microsoft Office Suite.
