  1. Develop and implement global process improvement strategies and initiatives to drive efficiency and optimization across McCormick & Company's operations.
  2. Lead and manage cross-functional project teams to deliver process improvement projects on time and within budget.
  3. Utilize Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to identify areas for improvement, streamline processes, and eliminate waste.
  4. Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather and analyze data, identify root causes of inefficiencies, and develop actionable solutions.
  5. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners to ensure successful project delivery and implementation.
  6. Monitor and report on project progress and results, providing regular updates to senior management and other stakeholders.
  7. Develop and implement training programs to promote a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.
  8. Provide guidance and support to team members and other employees on process improvement best practices and methodologies.
  9. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in process improvement, and make recommendations for incorporating new techniques and technologies into McCormick's operations.
  10. Proactively identify and address potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery and develop mitigation strategies.
  11. Lead change management efforts to ensure successful adoption and sustainability of process improvements across the organization.
  12. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the organization.
  13. Represent McCormick & Company as a subject matter expert in process improvement at industry events and conferences.
  14. Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures to drive ongoing efficiency and optimization across all areas of the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Or Engineering.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Process Improvement And Project Management, Preferably In A Global Or Multinational Environment.

  • Strong Understanding Of Lean Principles And Six Sigma Methodologies, With Certification As A Green Belt Or Black Belt.

  • Proven Track Record Of Managing And Delivering Successful Process Improvement Initiatives, With A Focus On Driving Efficiencies And Cost Savings.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Influence Cross-Functional Teams In A Global Setting.
