11. Continuously evaluate and suggest improvements to increase efficiency and productivity in the distribution process.
12. Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
13. Follow all established safety guidelines and protocols.
14. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while representing the company to customers and carriers.
15. Assist with other warehouse tasks and projects as needed.
