  1. Oversee and manage the daily operations of the distribution center, including receiving, storing, and shipping of products to customers.
  2. Ensure that all warehouse processes and procedures are followed, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping logistics.
  3. Develop and implement strategies to increase efficiency and productivity within the distribution center.
  4. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for optimization.
  5. Hire, train, and supervise warehouse staff, including setting performance goals, providing feedback, and conducting performance evaluations.
  6. Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and production, to ensure accurate and timely delivery of products.
  7. Maintain a safe and organized working environment, in compliance with company and OSHA standards.
  8. Review and update distribution center procedures and policies as needed.
  9. Develop and manage budgets and expenses related to the distribution center.
  10. Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in logistics and supply chain management, and make recommendations for implementing new technologies or processes.
  11. Handle and resolve any issues or complaints related to distribution center operations.
  12. Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards.
  13. Communicate effectively with all levels of management and staff, providing regular updates on distribution center performance.
  14. Continuously strive to improve processes and procedures to enhance customer satisfaction and increase productivity.
  15. Lead by example, promoting a positive and collaborative work culture within the distribution center team.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Management, Supply Chain Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In A Management Role Within A Distribution Center Or Warehouse Environment.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Ability To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team Of Employees.

  • Knowledge Of Inventory Control, Logistics, And Distribution Processes.

  • Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Make Data-Driven Decisions To Improve Efficiency And Reduce Costs.
