  • Develop and implement strategies for attracting, retaining, and developing a diverse and talented workforce
  • Oversee all aspects of employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions
  • Collaborate with department leaders to identify and address staffing needs and develop effective recruitment and retention strategies
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Lead the development and implementation of training and development programs to enhance employee skills and competencies
  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices in HR to ensure the company remains competitive in the job market
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives
  • Monitor and analyze employee data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and develop and implement solutions to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction
  • Oversee the performance evaluation process and make recommendations for employee development and advancement opportunities
  • Collaborate with the legal team to ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
  • Manage a team of HR professionals and provide coaching and development opportunities to support their growth and success.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field.

  • At Least 10 Years Of Experience In Human Resources, With A Focus On Employee Relations And/Or Labor Relations.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Federal And State Employment Laws And Regulations.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Implementing Hr Initiatives And Programs.

  • Excellent Communication, Leadership, And Interpersonal Skills With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships At All Levels Of The Organization.
