- Develop and implement strategies for attracting, retaining, and developing a diverse and talented workforce
- Oversee all aspects of employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions
- Collaborate with department leaders to identify and address staffing needs and develop effective recruitment and retention strategies
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices
- Lead the development and implementation of training and development programs to enhance employee skills and competencies
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in HR to ensure the company remains competitive in the job market
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives
- Monitor and analyze employee data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and develop and implement solutions to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction
- Oversee the performance evaluation process and make recommendations for employee development and advancement opportunities
- Collaborate with the legal team to ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
- Manage a team of HR professionals and provide coaching and development opportunities to support their growth and success.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field.
At Least 10 Years Of Experience In Human Resources, With A Focus On Employee Relations And/Or Labor Relations.
Strong Knowledge Of Federal And State Employment Laws And Regulations.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Implementing Hr Initiatives And Programs.
Excellent Communication, Leadership, And Interpersonal Skills With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships At All Levels Of The Organization.
