- Collaborate with customers and internal teams to develop and maintain strong relationships, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of products.
- Act as the main point of contact for customer supply chain inquiries, providing excellent customer service and problem-solving support.
- Analyze supply chain data and trends to identify potential issues and implement solutions to improve overall efficiency.
- Develop and maintain supply chain processes and procedures to ensure smooth operations and delivery of high-quality products.
- Monitor inventory levels and work with production teams to ensure optimal stock levels are maintained.
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to forecast customer demand and plan production accordingly.
- Identify and resolve any supply chain disruptions or delays, communicating updates and solutions to all relevant parties.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate supply chain performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
- Attend and actively participate in cross-functional meetings to share insights, provide updates, and collaborate on supply chain strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in supply chain management to continuously improve and optimize operations.
Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Supply Chain Planning, Preferably In A Customer Collaboration Role.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Use Data To Identify Trends And Make Informed Decisions.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Both Internal And External Stakeholders.
Proficiency In Supply Chain Planning Software And Systems, As Well As Microsoft Excel And Other Data Analysis Tools.
