- Perform blending and mixing of ingredients according to established recipes and procedures.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency in product quality by carefully measuring and monitoring ingredients.
- Operate and maintain blending equipment, including troubleshooting and performing routine maintenance tasks.
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and ensure timely completion of orders.
- Maintain detailed records of ingredients used and production processes for quality control purposes.
- Communicate any issues or concerns with ingredients or equipment to supervisors in a timely manner.
- Continuously monitor and improve blending processes to increase efficiency and quality.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including food safety regulations.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as Quality Assurance and Production, to maintain a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Maintain inventory of blending ingredients and communicate any shortages or discrepancies to appropriate personnel.
- Adhere to production schedules and prioritize tasks based on demand and production goals.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and commitment to producing high-quality products.

Education And Experience: A High School Diploma Or Equivalent Is Typically Required For A Blending Technician Position. Additionally, Candidates Should Have At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Manufacturing Or Production Environment, Preferably In A Blending Or Mixing Role.
Knowledge Of Blending Equipment And Processes: Candidates Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Blending Equipment And Processes, Including Batch Mixing, Ingredient Weighing, And Blending Ratios. Experience With Automated Blending Systems And Computerized Controls Is Also Desirable.
Attention To Detail: Blending Technicians Must Have Excellent Attention To Detail To Accurately Measure And Mix Ingredients According To Recipe Specifications. They Should Also Have The Ability To Troubleshoot And Resolve Any Issues That May Arise During The Blending Process.
Physical Requirements: This Role May Involve Standing For Extended Periods Of Time, Lifting And Moving Heavy Objects, And Working In A Fast-Paced Environment. Candidates Should Be Physically Fit And Able To Meet The Physical Demands Of The Job.
