
Associate Scientist, Flavor Solutions Innovation

- Conduct research and experiments to develop new and innovative flavor solutions that align with consumer preferences and market trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and production, to ensure successful product development and launch.
- Utilize food science knowledge and expertise to evaluate and improve existing flavors and products.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in flavor science to bring new ideas and techniques to the team.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all experiments and results.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to source high-quality ingredients for flavor development.
- Contribute to the development of new product concepts and participate in brainstorming sessions.
- Troubleshoot and problem solve during all stages of product development.
- Assist in the scale-up and commercialization of new flavors and products.
- Ensure all work is conducted in accordance with company and industry regulations and safety standards.
Bachelor's Degree In Food Science, Chemistry, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Product Development Or Flavor Creation.
Knowledge Of Food Industry Regulations And Food Safety Standards.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills.
