- Collaborate with the Chief Enterprise Architect to develop and implement a comprehensive technology strategy for the organization.
- Provide leadership and direction for the Enterprise Architecture team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Oversee the development and maintenance of enterprise architecture frameworks, standards, and principles.
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements, and apply them to improve the organization's technology landscape.
- Partner with other leaders and stakeholders to identify and prioritize technology needs and opportunities.
- Lead the planning, design, and implementation of enterprise-wide technology solutions.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of existing technology systems and make recommendations for improvements.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to technology and data management.
- Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration within the Enterprise Architecture team and across the organization.
- Develop and manage the budget for the Enterprise Architecture team.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, promoting professional growth and development.

- Represent the organization at industry conferences and events, promoting Mayo Clinic's technology initiatives.
- Drive continuous improvement and identify opportunities for process optimization within the Enterprise Architecture team.

Extensive Experience In Enterprise Architecture: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Enterprise Architecture, With A Proven Track Record Of Implementing Successful Enterprise Architecture Strategies In A Large Organization.
Strong Leadership And Management Skills: As A Vice Chair Of Enterprise Architecture, The Individual Will Be Responsible For Leading A Team Of Architects And Overseeing The Development And Execution Of Enterprise Architecture Initiatives. Therefore, The Candidate Must Possess Strong Leadership And Management Skills To Effectively Guide And Motivate Their Team.
