Responsibilities:

  1. Provide excellent care to complex and critically ill patient population.
  2. Work collaboratively with a diverse team of physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to deliver the highest quality of care.
  3. Maintain board certification in General Surgery and completed fellowship training in Trauma/Acute Care Surgery.
  4. Participate in treating complex and critically ill patients in a trauma setting.
  5. Demonstrate excellence in clinical practice, teaching, and research.
  6. Deliver the highest quality patient care.
  7. Participate in team-based, multidisciplinary care.
  8. Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  9. Remain flexible and adaptable in a rapidly changing environment.
  10. Meet all reporting and performance requirements of the position.
