The ideal candidate will have board certification in Transfusion Medicine and/or Anatomic/Clinical Pathology, as well as fellowship training in Transfusion Medicine. In addition, you should have experience in laboratory management, including the development of laboratory policies and procedures, staff supervision, and quality assurance. You must also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with laboratory personnel, clinicians, and other healthcare professionals in order to coordinate activities that support the care of the transfused patient.
