  1. Design, develop, and maintain telecommunications systems and equipment for optimal performance within a healthcare setting.
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with telecommunications systems to minimize downtime and ensure continuous functionality.
  3. Conduct regular maintenance and upgrades to keep telecommunications systems up-to-date and in compliance with industry standards.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement innovative solutions to improve telecommunications efficiency and effectiveness.
  5. Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends in telecommunications and RF engineering to make recommendations for improvements.
  6. Develop and maintain documentation for telecommunications systems, including diagrams, manuals, and procedures.
  7. Assist in the planning and implementation of new telecommunications projects, including equipment selection and network design.
  8. Monitor and analyze telecommunications network performance to identify areas for improvement and optimize system performance.
  9. Work closely with other departments to understand their telecommunications needs and provide solutions to meet those needs.
  10. Provide training and support to end-users on the proper use and maintenance of telecommunications systems.
  11. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards related to telecommunications and RF engineering.
  12. Participate in on-call rotation and respond to emergency telecommunications issues outside of regular business hours.
  13. Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions and communications.
  14. Demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering exceptional service and support to internal and external stakeholders.
  15. Act as a subject matter expert in telecommunications and RF engineering within the organization, providing guidance and mentorship to other team members.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Engineering Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Rf Engineering, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting

  • Knowledge Of Wireless Communication Systems And Protocols, Such As Lte, Wi-Fi, And Bluetooth

  • Proficient In Rf Design And Troubleshooting Tools, Such As Spectrum Analyzers, Network Analyzers, And Signal Generators

  • Familiarity With Healthcare Regulations And Standards For Rf Safety And Interference Mitigation, Such As Fcc And Fda Guidelines.
