  1. Design, implement, and maintain telecom networks to ensure seamless communication across the organization.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve any network issues that may arise.
  3. Monitor network performance and troubleshoot any problems that may occur, ensuring minimal downtime and interruption of services.
  4. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  5. Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and make recommendations for network improvements and upgrades.
  6. Develop and maintain documentation for all telecom network systems and procedures.
  7. Participate in the planning and execution of network maintenance and upgrades, including after-hours support as needed.
  8. Provide technical support and training to end-users on telecom equipment and systems.
  9. Collaborate with vendors to negotiate contracts and procure new equipment and services.
  10. Implement and maintain security protocols and measures to protect the organization's network.
  11. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including department heads and senior management, to understand their telecom needs and provide solutions.
  12. Keep track of network expenses and provide cost-saving recommendations to management.
  13. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
  14. Actively contribute to departmental and organizational goals and initiatives.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Designing, Implementing, And Maintaining Telecommunication Networks.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Network Protocols, Routing, Switching, And Security.

  • Experience With Network Monitoring And Troubleshooting Tools.

  • Strong Problem-Solving Skills And Ability To Work Independently And In A Team Environment.
