  1. Accurately and efficiently process laboratory specimens according to established protocols and procedures.
  2. Perform quality control checks to ensure accurate results and identify any discrepancies.
  3. Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote a safe and efficient work environment.
  4. Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to prevent any potential hazards or contamination.
  5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth and timely workflow.
  6. Document and report any issues or concerns with specimens, equipment, or processes to the appropriate supervisor.
  7. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical or equipment malfunctions.
  8. Follow all HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality at all times.
  9. Participate in ongoing training and education to stay updated on new procedures and techniques.
  10. Continuously strive to improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and accuracy.
  11. Communicate effectively with laboratory staff, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
  12. Maintain accurate records of all laboratory activities and results.
  13. Identify and report any potential safety hazards to the appropriate supervisor.
  14. Follow all standard operating procedures and adhere to established quality control measures.
  15. Demonstrate excellent customer service skills and provide a welcoming and positive experience for all patients and visitors.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 2 Years Experience Working In A Clinical Laboratory Setting.

  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Medical Technology, Biology, Or Chemistry.

  • Certification As A Medical Laboratory Scientist (Mls) Or Medical Laboratory Technician (Mlt) From A Recognized Accrediting Agency.

  • Proficient In Laboratory Techniques And Procedures, Including Specimen Handling, Processing, And Analysis.

  • Strong Attention To Detail, Accuracy, And Ability To Follow Strict Protocols And Safety Measures.
