
Technical Support Specialist

To be successful in this role, you should have experience with network administration, hardware, and software maintenance, as well as a strong understanding of customer service techniques.
- Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot network hardware and software.
- Install, configure, and upgrade hardware and software.
- Assist in the development and implementation of IT security policies and procedures.
- Assist in the implementation of new technologies and systems.
- Respond to technical inquiries and incidents from end users.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
- Provide technical assistance and training to end users.
- Create and maintain user accounts, passwords, and other related security protocols.
- Document technical procedures and processes for future reference.
- Stay up to date with the latest technological advancements.
