
Technical Success Manager
At Mayo Clinic, we are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Technical Success Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be a key member of the Technical Success team, responsible for providing technical expertise and guidance to our customers.The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and knowledge of customer service principles. You must be able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and be well-versed in troubleshooting and problem solving. Responsibilities:
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to customers in order to ensure successful usage of products and services.
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot and solve technical issues.
- Analyze customer feedback and provide effective solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with new technologies and industry trends to provide the best customer service.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Provide training and support to technical and non-technical staff.
- Monitor customer service performance and follow up on customer complaints.
- Identify and recommend improvements to customer service processes.
- Create and maintain customer service documentation.
