At Mayo Clinic, we are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Technical Success Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be a key member of the Technical Success team, responsible for providing technical expertise and guidance to our customers.The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and knowledge of customer service principles. You must be able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and be well-versed in troubleshooting and problem solving. We are looking for someone with excellent analytical and organizational skills, and a passion for learning new technologies and providing excellent customer service.If you have the required qualifications and are looking to join an innovative and customer-focused team, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide technical expertise and guidance to customers in order to ensure successful usage of products and services.
  2. Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  3. Troubleshoot and solve technical issues.
  4. Analyze customer feedback and provide effective solutions.
  5. Stay up-to-date with new technologies and industry trends to provide the best customer service.
  6. Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers.
  7. Provide training and support to technical and non-technical staff.
  8. Monitor customer service performance and follow up on customer complaints.
  9. Identify and recommend improvements to customer service processes.
  10. Create and maintain customer service documentation.
