The Mayo Clinic is looking for an experienced Technical Specialist to join our team. We are seeking an individual with a passion for providing technical support and problem solving, who is committed to providing excellent customer service. The successful candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to think critically and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.The Technical Specialist will work closely with our IT team and other Mayo Clinic departments to provide technical support for a wide variety of projects. Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and problem solving for a variety of projects.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking system issues.
- Assist IT team and other Mayo Clinic departments in providing technical support.

- Identify and document issues, problems, and resolutions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging technologies and trends.
