
Technical Product Manager

- Oversee the development, launch, and maintenance of healthcare technology products for Mayo Clinic.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and stakeholders, to define product vision and roadmap.
- Conduct market and competitive research to identify trends and opportunities for product enhancements and new product development.
- Define product requirements and specifications, including technical specifications, user experience, and business requirements.
- Work closely with the development team to ensure timely and high-quality product releases.
- Manage the product backlog and prioritize feature development based on business objectives and customer needs.
- Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to improve product functionality and user experience.
- Communicate product updates and progress to stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies and ensure successful product launches.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in healthcare technology to inform product strategy and development.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Engineering, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Product Management, Preferably In A Healthcare Or Medical Setting.
Strong Understanding Of Technology And Software Development Processes.
Ability To Effectively Communicate And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams, Including Developers, Designers, And Healthcare Professionals.
Experience With Project Management Methodologies, Such As Agile Or Scrum, And The Ability To Prioritize And Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
