  1. Conduct thorough analysis of current revenue cycle processes and systems to identify areas for improvement.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative solutions for optimizing revenue cycle management.
  3. Utilize advanced technical skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to revenue cycle systems.
  4. Develop and maintain documentation for revenue cycle processes and systems, including user manuals and training materials.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in revenue cycle management and technology.
  6. Act as a subject matter expert for revenue cycle systems and provide guidance and support to end-users.
  7. Conduct user training and provide ongoing support to ensure smooth adoption and utilization of new systems and processes.
  8. Collaborate with external vendors to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
  9. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates on system enhancements and changes.
  10. Continuously monitor and analyze revenue cycle data to identify opportunities for improvement and make recommendations to leadership.
  11. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to revenue cycle processes and systems.
  12. Participate in system testing and implementation of upgrades and new features.
  13. Proactively identify and report potential risks and issues related to revenue cycle systems and processes.
  14. Assist with the development and maintenance of project plans and timelines.
  15. Provide support and guidance to junior systems analysts on the team.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Systems Analysis, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.

  • Knowledge Of Revenue Cycle Processes And Systems, Including Coding, Billing, And Reimbursement.

  • Proficiency In Multiple Programming Languages And Database Management.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Resolve Complex Issues In A Timely Manner.
