- Coordinate and manage the staffing needs of various departments within Mayo Clinic.
- Monitor and maintain accurate staffing schedules to ensure appropriate coverage at all times.
- Collaborate with department managers and team leaders to understand staffing requirements and make necessary adjustments.

- Attend and actively participate in staff meetings and training sessions as required.
- Collaborate with other departments and teams within Mayo Clinic to ensure seamless coordination of staffing needs.
- Adhere to all confidentiality and HIPAA regulations when handling sensitive information.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times, representing Mayo Clinic's values and culture.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Staffing Or Recruitment, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.
Strong Knowledge Of Employment Laws And Regulations, Including Eeoc And Ada.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Interact With Candidates, Hiring Managers, And Other Stakeholders.
Proficiency In Using Recruitment Software And Databases, As Well As Strong Computer Skills In Microsoft Office And Other Relevant Programs.
