- Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement effective onboarding and training programs for new nursing staff.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in healthcare staffing.
- Participate in job fairs, conferences, and other recruitment events to promote Mayo Clinic and attract top talent.
- Provide exceptional customer service to candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
Strong Organizational And Time Management Skills.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Nursing, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Staffing And Scheduling For A Healthcare Organization.
Knowledge Of Nursing Staff Roles, Responsibilities, And Qualifications.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Build Relationships With Nursing Staff, Managers, And Other Healthcare Professionals.
