  1. Recruit and source top nursing talent to fill staffing needs at Mayo Clinic.

  4. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

  7. Conduct background checks and verify credentials of potential candidates.

  9. Act as a liaison between candidates and hiring managers, providing updates and feedback throughout the hiring process.
  10. Ensure compliance with all company policies and legal requirements related to staffing and recruitment.
  11. Proactively identify and address any staffing issues or concerns that may arise.
  12. Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement effective onboarding and training programs for new nursing staff.
  13. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in healthcare staffing.
  14. Participate in job fairs, conferences, and other recruitment events to promote Mayo Clinic and attract top talent.
  15. Provide exceptional customer service to candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Organizational And Time Management Skills.
